The definition of domination.

The Buckeyes continue to look better and better each week, and against Maryland they looked unstoppable. A 66-17 beatdown against the Maryland Terrapins proved to be the best performance on the season for Ohio State.

In today's Three Key Stats, we look at the near perfect quarterback play from C.J. Stroud, great field position courtesy of Emeka Egbuka and just how hard it is to stop the Ohio State offense.

226.1 RTG

C.J. Stroud had a quarterback rating of 226.1 on Saturday, where he was clearly the leader of a dominate offense. He threw for 406 yards and 5 touchdowns; this was a statement game from Stroud.

Stroud seems to finally be comfortable, which is a great sign for Ohio State going forward. Stroud has had his ups and downs this season, but the last two games he has averaged 368 yards, while tossing 10 touchdowns.

Stroud is doing a great job of using the weapons he has around him, while minimizing mistakes. As he emerges as a leader for the offense, Ohio State becomes more and more dangerous.

42 AVG Yards on Kick Returns

Emeka Egbuka was the kick return man for Ohio State yesterday, and he consistently set the offense up in good position by averaging 42 yards each return. He totaled 166 yards on 4 returns, with a long of 67 yards.

Egbuka was close to breaking a few of these returns, but nevertheless his impact did not go unnoticed. The offense was able to set up on average at the 35, compared to Maryland's average start at the 24.

This is a more subtle stat, but it is only amount of time before we see Egbuka hit a home run on one of these returns.

9/11 scoring drives

Ohio State scored on 9 out of their 11 drives on Saturday. The two drives they did not score on included kneeling to get to halftime, and a garbage time turnover on downs. So really, Ohio State scored on every impactful drive.

These scores include 8 touchdowns and 1 field goal. The Buckeye offense is persistent and consistent, which is backed up by their zero 3 and outs.

We all knew Ohio State had the potential to have the best offense in the country, and they are putting the nation on watch after three straight beatdowns.
