Real Life Wednesdays has been a tenet of Urban Meyer's Ohio State program since 2011. He has had business tycoons and titans of industry speak to his team about preparing for a life after football.
But part of being a cutting-edge coach is looking to improve all facets of your program at all time. After a discussion with Director Player of Personnel Ryan Stamper about "some of the things going on in the country," they realized it was best to tackle the issues in-house.

"Our focus cannot be on solving the problems of other communities facing social issues," Meyer said. "We can't control on what goes on out there. But we have a pretty good handle on what goes on in here."
