Ohio State took 30 freshmen, 15 true and 15 redshirt, to the showdown in Norman. The 15 true freshmen didn't see as much playing time against the Sooners as they have in the previous two games, but still made an impact on Ohio State's 45-24 victory. People said that this young Ohio State team couldn't handle the atmosphere of Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, but here we are 3-0.

Nick Bosa had 1 tackle to make 5 total tackles, 4 solo, for the true freshmen defensive lineman in his first three games as a Buckeye. Michael Jordan continued to make a big impact in his third game starting at left guard.
