The dates and matchups are set.

The Basketball Tournament revealed this summer's bracket on Wednesday, including the Dayton Regional that features Carmen's Crew, Ohio State's alumni team, as its No. 4 seed. The squad of former Buckeyes and four Central Ohio natives will meet fifth-seeded Team Overtime in the first round on July 26, with the matchup set to occur at UD Arena in Dayton.

Team Overtime is coached by Corey Frazier, a former guard for St. Louis University in the late 90s and current pro-skills trainer for Overtime Elite. The team's roster is comprised of several former college basketball players, including Damien Wilkins of Georgia, David Efianayi of Gardner-Webb, Kevin Murphy of Tennesee Tech, Romello White of Arizona State, Tobias Howard Jr. of Salem and Ty'Lik Evans of Savannah State, among others.

If Carmen's Crew defeats Team Overtime in the first round, it would advance to face either the Red Scare (Dayton's alumni team) or India Rising in the second round. Potential matchups in the Sweet 16 include Team Colorado (Colorado's alumni team), Men of Mackey (Purdue's alumni team), Friday Beers or Athletics Miami.

The 2023 edition of Carmen's Crew features some new faces after the team's hiatus from the 2022 tournament. Jared Sullinger returns as GM and coach, while Kyle Young makes his TBT debut, joining forces with former Ohio State teammates Kaleb and Andre Wesson, Keyshawn Woods and C.J. Jackson and Thad Matta-era Buckeyes William Buford and Trevor Thompson.

Additionally, Carmen's Crew's non-Buckeyes include Pickerington native and Arkansas forward Jalen Tate, along with Gahanna's Javon Bess (Michigan State/Saint Louis), Senegalese big man Malik Dime (Indian Hills Community College/Washington) and Delaware's Scott Thomas (Bowling Green).

All TBT games this summer will be broadcast on ESPN channels, with Carmen's Crew's battle with Team Overtime set to stream on ESPN+. The two teams will tip off at 6 p.m. inside UD Arena.
