Welcome to the greatest NBA Finals in history! The rubber match between the Cavs and the Warriors. The warriors took the 2015 matchup in 6 games against a game but banged up Cavs team. Lebron performed admirably but his statistical dominance was not enough to overcome the Warriors unrelenting attack. Cavs fans told themselves that a healthy squad would have won but they didn't want another "What if?".

In 2016, the Warriors dominated the NBA and nearly had the greatest season in NBA history. They again met the Cavs in the finals and after they took a 3-1 lead, the 2ND consecutive title in their burgeoning dynasty seemed certain. But then something strange happened. Draymon Green was belatedly suspended for his umpteenth nutshot in the playoffs. Lebron finally realized how good he was then Kyrie Irving hit a shot and the Cavs came back and won the 2016 title.

Which brings us to today: The warriors added Durant and ran through the western conference. The cavs sleep walked through the regular season while clumsily integrating mid season acquisitions. They turned it on in the playoffs and now both teams enter the final s with 1 loss between them.

I am obviously a cavs fan but my "objective" pick is Cavs in 6. Lebron is better than Durant. Irving is better than Curry. Love is better than Green. The warriors have relegated Thompson to a supporting role so he's basically a better defending Kyle Korver. So they win that one. Cavs take coaching because Mike Brown.

Tldr; lebron > Mike Brown
