Happy New Year Eleven Warriors!

I've seen some of this come up in several threads, but wanted to get a heat check on some preferred staffing moves you would like to see.

I think it goes without saying the first and most obvious change is parting ways with Fleming and naming Laurenitis the full time LB coach.

After that, I think that Hartline can keep a Co-OC title, but bring in a real OC. I've seen Joe Moorhead's name tossed around. His Penn St and Oregon teams were an absolute pain in the ass to defend. Would be an upgrade IMO. We free up a spot by firing Dennis and give Moorhead the QB coach title as well.

I think Frye and Moratti both need to go as well, but I don't know enough about OL and S&C coaches to have a strong opinion on replacement.
