We recruit at the highest level and basically all 4 and 5 star players...and lesser programs are doing better with less because IMHO we are not developing our players in the weight room and on the field. We rotate nobody on defense and basically on offense. So this lets other teams just wear us down in the second half. 

Coaches take off your kid gloves and let these young pups get in and play, learn and get better. We have top receivers coming in each year and they barely get any game time....there are way to many blowouts during the season and no excuse to not get them playing time. So when you do really need them they have the experience and confidence to perform.
 

All these kids can play, just let them and see what happens when the smoke clears. And them knowing they will get on the field will increase the effort in practice.
