Not exactly a secret, but Kyle struggled all year in terms of eye discipline and especially consistent footwork and weight distribution through the throw, and this led to a good deal of bad ball placement and Kyle struggled to get in rhythm.
Going back and watching alot of Devin Brown's throws, I'm noticing similar tendencies on his inaccurate throws. Bad footwork and weight distribution through the motion, this is why he'll sometimes 1) throw up an arm-punt to Marv in the end-zone, but also 2) throw a perfect sideline deep shot to Tate. Inconsistent mechanics.
For me this begs the question of if Corey Dennis just isn't very good at instilling consistent mechanics into the QBs he is teaching if two of these highly rated guys are having the same mechanical struggles.
So either:
1) Kyle and Devin are abnormally inconsistent on some basic fundamentals and its a THEM thing and not on Dennis; or
2) Stroud was so damn polished he didn't need Dennis much, and Dennis is not very good at instilling basic fundamentals
