Former Ohio State running back Rod Smith made one of the highlights of the XFL season on Saturday when he hurdled a defender on the way to the end zone on a 17-yard touchdown catch-and-run in the Vegas Vipers’ game against the San Antonio Brahmas:

Through the first half of Saturday’s game, Smith had 194 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 54 carries and 10 catches for 73 yards and another touchdown in six-and-a-half games this season. He’s one of two Buckeyes currently playing in the XFL along with former Ohio State defensive tackle Antwuan Jackson, who has 13 tackles with one tackle for loss in seven games this season for the Seattle Sea Dragons.
