Ohio State offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Kevin Wilson was named Monday as one of 59 nominees for this year’s Broyles Award, which honors college football’s best assistant coach.

Wilson, alongside Ryan Day, coordinates the Ohio State offense that currently leads the country in both points per game (46.3) and yards per game (550).
Ohio State has two previous winners of the award: Jim Heacock in 2007 and Tom Herman in 2014.
