Hey folks. I'm not a "sky is falling" person, but I had something I'd love to hear some opinions on from today.
Joel Klatt was able to call out numerous Ohio State plays today during the broadcast before they happened, especially in the second half. Is this just something he can do, or is it something more? As in, are we tipping plays to the opposing team? Is there something about our tendencies that give away what we're doing? And does that lead to our offensive struggles in the second half of games this year? If we're predictable for an announcer (and I love Klatt - don't get me wrong), aren't we predictable to defensive coordinators who study this stuff for a living? Seems like this could be an issue or contributing factor to our struggles to move the ball later in games, but I'd love to hear the opinions of others on this. Thanks in advance!
