Has anyone heard Rich Rod's podcast Hard Edge Football? It's pretty new, only 7 episodes so far. In his latest episode he talks about his experience in AA. He was jovial but said TTUN can't stay out of its own way and that their is an entitlement issue there. Definitely a must-listen. Here's just a sample of what he dealt with on a daily basis with the administration:

"No you can't have one locker room and build camaraderie. Upper and lower classmen must stay in their separate locker rooms."

"No you can't rebuild the program. How dare you say that."

"No you can't recruit in Florida. You're making us nervous."

"No you can't use the word "ain't" in a press conference. We don't talk like that here." (But Harbaugh speaks in sentence fragments. That's okay).

No wonder he failed. The guy was doomed from the start.
