I like listening to these guys do their previews each week. They're pretty unbiased (despite being SEC fellows), and invited us to post this over here at 11W so I took them up on it.
Quick notes:
- Their model has the score OSU 51-28 MD
- Dan has the final score OSU 52-28 MD, with a score of 41-14 mid 3rd quarter before the starters are pulled.
- Josh has the final score OSU 52-24 MD, with a score of 42-10 mid 3rd quarter before the starters are pulled.
They think that this game plays out similar to the Rutgers game with us posting a big lead, and ultimately Maryland scoring some points in garbage time to make the game more respectable. They also seem to indicate that of course the knee jerk reaction when they saw the Rutgers score was that Ohio State's defense may not be very good, but after watching the replay, realized that wasn't really the case as the score was like 41-9 entering the 4th Quarter.
