Hey all, quick question for all you gym rat types.

I think most on here know the incredible value Coach Marotti brings to the program - you could even say he is just as important as Coach Day. Does anyone have any material on what his training philosophy is or what kind of workout approach he has the players on? I'm sure he tailors it to a certain degree to fit the player and get the most out of each individual so I'm curious even about the broad strokes.

I did some searching online but didn't find anything other than vague generalities. I am more interested in details - do they do full body workouts? Push-pull splits? Some other style? How many days a week do they work out and is there a anaerobic/aerobic split? I'm pretty sure a lot of this depends on what time of year it is, in-season/off-season, etc.
