Vrabel's career at Ohio State per Wikipedia:

...he played defensive end for the Ohio State Buckeyes football team from 1993 to 1996. He compiled twelve quarterback sacks as a sophomore, thirteen as a junior, and forty-eight tackles and nine sacks as a senior. As a senior in 1996, he was recognized as a consensus first-team All-American.

Vrabel finished his career at Ohio State by being named the Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year in both 1995 and 1996, becoming only the second player to ever win the award twice (Wendell Bryant of Wisconsin being the other). He totaled thirty-six sacks and sixty-six tackles for a loss.

Due to Vrabel having played at Ohio State, and former Patriots teammateTom Brady having played for the Buckeyes' arch-rival, Michigan, the two players make an annual wager over the outcome of the yearly meeting between the two schools.

Rodney Bailey

 1979 (Cleveland)
High School: St. Edward

Ohio State
Played defensive end at Ohio State and started in 34 games.

Honors
Co-Captain in 2000.

Rodney Bailey's high school career per Wikipedia:

Bailey attended St. Edward High School in nearby Lakewood, Ohio and was a letterman in football. In football, he was named the Cleveland Division I Player of the Year by The Plain Dealer, and was a first team Division I Associated All-State pick. In addition, he was named the Cleveland Touchdown Club player of the year and was named to numerous high school All-American teams.

Why did Rodney Bailey commit to Ohio State? Answer comes from Pittsburghsportsdailybulletin:

I was a defensive end in high school. I set a goal and committed to Ohio State right before my senior year. It was the only place I wanted to go. It was my favorite school and a no brainer for me. I had no other visits – it was Ohio State or bust and I’m thankful for the decision.
