Shout out to #2 tonight. This was a primetime matchup on the road at Notre Dame, and Musa Jallow was composed, athletic, and clutch. This was a big win for the Basketball Bucks.
Quality road wins are gold in the eyes of the committee, and knocking off the Irish in South Bend always qualifies.
I’m especially encouraged because our team overcame some significant deficits during this game, include trailing by 8 at halftime. But the guys kept battling back to eventually take the lead, and then methodically finish the deal.
This 20-21 team is already my favorite of the Holtmann era. Alot of guys with roles & talent. You can tell coach has had a few years to shape his roster and stock it with the types of players he likes.
