I've often heard Aaron Craft's (pronounced A-Aron) name mentioned when discussing our favorite basketball players at tOSU and would have to agree. He brought an intensity and passion to the game of basketball that is the thing legend is made of. He left everything on the court and how can you not root for that kind of player?!

While we all know that Aaron has moved on post-graduate pastures and it's fun to watch him continue to hone his game, the Craft era in Columbus is officially coming to a close.

Senior point guard Cait Craft, the younger sister of former Ohio State point guard Aaron Craft, played in her final regular season home game for the Buckeyes yesterday in the team’s 117-74 rout of Illinois.

We may not have seen the last of Cait though as The Lady BasketBucks will finish off their regular season schedule with two more games and then await the seeding for the post season tournament.

The women’s squad will head to Minnesota and Michigan State later this week to complete the regular season before entering the Big Ten tournament in Indianapolis. With the Buckeyes currently projected as a No. 2 seed, Craft may return to Columbus for the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament scheduled to be played at St. John Arena.

Make sure to catch Ms. Craft and the rest of the team before she hangs up the basketball shoes for good, they just don't make them like the Crafts anymore!!

Here's a link for the read on Cait and a couple of other nuggets on tOSU.
