What are your plans? Any open parties?  I had plans to travel to Lexington, Ky on the 5th and take in the Bluegrass Stakes on the 6 th then drive to Louisville on the 7th and watch the eclipse on the 8th somewhere between French Lick and Bloomington. Plans got sidetracked yesterday morning when Bluegrass tix sold out in 10 minutes and I was 2,000 in line even though I clicked on the ticket site the second the clock turned 9 and it opened?  Did not realize the Bluegrass was that popular and it’s a damn shame all these ticket sites scoop up a large majority.

I may still go to Louisville but I made these other plans so the whole trip wouldn’t be for nothing if it ends up cloudy that day…which is a very real possibility.
