I'm planning a trip to Disney World in Sept/Oct (never been as a family and want to go when the parks aren't very crowded so that we aren't spending so much time waiting on rides.  Anyone have any advice on where is a good place to get package deals? tickets?  Stay on or off properties?  Is Sept/Oct a good time to go?  I'm a newbie on this so any advice would be appreciated.
