I confess, I no longer enjoy the July 4th celebration. Fireworks now, it seems, go on throughout the day over a 5/7 day period with no respect for others. I can hardly venture outside with my Golden or sleep at night because they understandably scare the shit out of her. I feel like a prisoner in my own home. What happened to having some respect for others? I don't care about how many "get off my lawn" comments I get before this thread goes bye-bye. I needed to vent.
