I know everyone is amped over the impending neutering of the Nits, but the last few days have been chock-a-block with great music milestones.

Half of the dual guitar attack of Judas Priest, Glenn Tipton, had a birthday yesterday, as did drummer (and Will Ferrel look a like) Chad Smith from RHCP.

Also on October 25, Pink Floyd released "Ummagumma" in 1969, and Hendrix dropped his final studio album, "Electric Ladyland", in 1968. Bob Marley released "Natty Dread" in 1974 and Joe Walsh gave us "You Can't Argue With a Sick Mind" in 1976. Twelve years later the supergroup Traveling Wilburys birthed their debut.

Mahalia Jackson, Cincinnati's own Bootsy Collins, David Was (Not Was), Natalie Merchant and Keith Urban were all born today.

There's a little something for everyone as we count down the days before the Bucks take their rightful place atop the B1G.
