Hi, my name is zmoty9, and I'm a fat guy.

I'm trying to get to "not a fat guy" status and have made a number of diet changes, as well as starting an exercise program, but I wanted to know if anyone had experience with these Fitbit things? I understand that they're another tool, but what, if any benefit do these offer?
