Okay, so, in retrospect maybe the ranking of the team with the worst pass defense in college football doesn't actually matter that much. Maybe if a team is ranked first or third or fourth or whatever, that's kind of a mirage as long as their pass defense is just a big ball of bellybutton lint and plastic bathtime duckies.
So when C.J. Stroud threw for twelve thousand yards against Michigan State in a quarter and a half, everyone pretended to act all pleasantly surprised but in truth maybe we're all kind of dumb for thinking that it would've played out any other way.
Point being: I don't know how much you can really learn from shithousing Sparty like the Buckeyes did on Saturday. It was very cool and good, but also pretty much the only realistic outcome given Ohio State's legitimate NFL talent on offense and Michigan State's lack thereof on defense. Still though, hard to deny how fun it was to watch.

THE REST
It's officially Michigan week, and it's kind of weird to think that these two teams haven't played each other since 2019. Which I guess means Ohio State owes us a 187 point victory. They'd better deliver.
