Ohio State legend Nick Mangold is calling it a career. The former All-Pro center tweeted Tuesday that he'll sign a one-day contract next week to retire as a New York Jet.
The Jets drafted Mangold with the 29th overall pick in 2006. He went on to become a two-time All-Pro and seven-time Pro Bowler. The Jets released Mangold in January 2017, and he failed to catch on with another team.
