Former Ohio State wide receiver Mike Thomas doesn't have world-class track speed, but like his uncle, Keyshawn Johnson, he won't need it at the next level.
Thomas showed divine body control and one of the best catch-drop ratios in the country. On Thursday at the NFL combine, Thomas showed up at 6'3", 212 pounds. He then showcased the tools that made those dazzling tight rope catches possible.
For a comparison on how ridiculous that is, here are Taylor Decker's measurements from Wednesday:
Reminder: Taylor Decker is a first-round offensive tackle.
As for his hand size, Carolina Panther quarterback Cam Newton's hands were measured at 9 and 7/8 inches during the 2011 NFL Combine.
Don't be surprised when Thomas quickly becomes a problem for NFL secondaries next fall.
