Four TD Performance Earns Jalin Marshall Big Ten Freshman of the Week

Not according to the script, but Indiana lead Ohio State in the third quarter of last Saturday's game.

And then Jalin Marshall got busy.

Marshall scored four total touchdowns — including Ohio State's first punt return since seemingly 1999 — as the Middletown burner sparked the Buckeyes to their 10th win of the season.

Offensive Player of the Week: Melvin Gordon, running back, Wisconsin. (264 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns against Iowa.)

Co-Defensive Player of the Week: Briean Boddy-Calhoun, CB, Minnesota. (Five tackles, forced and recovered fumble against Nebraska.) Ibraheim Campbell, Safety, Northwestern. (Eight tackles, accounted for the creation of two turnovers.)

Co-Special Teams Player of the Week: David Reisner, kicker, Illinois. (3/3 in FGs against Penn State, including game winner.) Brad Craddock, kicker, Maryland. (3/3 FGs, including long of 41.)
