If you can find a nice prime steak at the store/butcher and really know how you like it/how to prepare it.. that’s hard to beat, considering you can get some damn good produce and a ton of it for the price of a tip at a “fancy” steakhouse.

That being said I’ve been to most of them, the national chains such as Ruth’s Chris, to Hyde Park, Jeff Ruby’s, The Avenue. All the way to every other secondary chain like Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, Outback & Logan’s.

Out of the chains Texas Roadhouse is the most consistent and Jeff Ruby’s has the best experience.

An extremely underrated place in Ohio is the Scioto Ribber in Portsmouth. Their steaks are all wood fired and for the $ it’s 1000000% worth it. Used to go there when I would have to do an overnight in the area for work, never disappointed.

Good, Muhammed has had maybe one good game all season.  I say we let Washington keep shooting to get out of his slump.  Neither player has done much to help us in this down turn.  However if we can't beat Nebraska who has NO bench then this regular season is a bust.

Normally I would agree but if you look historically BC recruited the hell out of the catholic high schools in northern New Jersey. Schiano also did a good job there previously and he just retained the interim HC at Rutgers who has strong ties to 3 of those programs Don Bosco, Bergen & Paramus Catholic. Hopefully he’s established himself with the Ignatius and GCL this year.

Not a smart move imo!

I could easily see Rutgers becoming Kentucky-esque... think about all the talent that we've landed in the tri-state, let alone Bama, Florida, UGA and even Wisconsin... toss Philly into the mix and you're going to land some talent, plus get some guys from the midwest thanks to his time here... many might forget or not know but he also did well in the state of Florida during his first stint

There is no explanation, UGA lost to a 4-8 team at home. The fact that they are #5 is laughable and complete BS. Wisconsin lost last second on the road to a bowl team and twice to the #1 team in the country. Granted Illinois losing to Northwestern doesn’t help the resume but still the bias is undeniable.

These two teams were strong, both had to go through a gauntlet to get to the title.

I think Elder shocked Central for the first 2.5 quarters and then Crenshaw made a ridiculous play to keep a drive alive in the 3rd and that shifted all the momentum.

Jakob James looks like the real deal, as does Kandra who's heading to Louisville, I think the youngest Ramsey is going to be in the B1G as a WR, a stud who's only a sophomore but has great size.

Central and really the Pickerington district as a whole just has something in the water that produces atheltes.  It seems like since about the time Justin Boren was being recruited they've had stud classes in football and basketball.

I'd like to see CJ Doggette get some looks, his dad was a teammate of my cousins at WVU, he's a sophomore DL for Central and played pretty well.

+10000000000000000000000, that kid is a winner, period... and you would think he'd be a kid that would stick around and wait his turn(I think Joe B would've too if he hadn't got injured)

No, if we win and 2 out of 3 OOC opponents win their championship games as well, how could they not keep us at #1.

It's a very good reality that all 3 of FAU, UC and Miami win this weekend.  Memphis has to try and beat UC two weeks in a row which will be difficult even though it's at home.  Which gets me onto another rant AAC needs to get this game to a neutral site if they ever want to be taken seriously.  I would think Houston would be appropriate or maybe St Louis since that dome is sitting empty.

Comment 04 Dec 2019

I would agree with anyone that says 8 wins, should be able to get an OOC schedule where you can pickup 3 wins and 3-5 wins in conference after 3-4 years.  I think 6-7 wins and a bowl game keeps his job aka something with a pulse.

I can't be the only one who wanted a one loss Minnesota in the B1G Championship right?  I think they would've prepared us best for the playoff.

That being said it is difficult to beat a team twice in a season and Wisconsin looked very good in that weather on Saturday, then again so did we.  Looking forward to a good game on Saturday, but wouldn't be shocked at a blowout again.

Savannah, GA... second year in a row I won’t be in the Buckeye state for THE game but last year worked out well!

Hoping to be able to cruise the squares blaring TBDBITL again this year!

Typically they’re released for sale by now but I haven’t seen anything. I’d love to bust out the cocaine whites, I think we look great in those. But I wouldn’t hate the traditional/bowl game uniforms.

I’ve had good luck with the Stafford brand at JCP. I have had to upgrade in the past couple of years and have got some absolute steals, especially if you know your size.

He was overwhelmed from the word go, both academically and athletically. Ohio State is a very unique situation and is a monster in many aspects: Academics, Athletics, Medical, Research, etc.  Not just in the US either, globally and I think that's where Gee excelled and propelled the university into the cosmos.

Overall I think Drake did a good job in handling it but it probably has taken its toll/run its course with him.  Best of luck to him and hopefully we don't hire another Holbrook!
