We just beat PSU-TTUN-Bucky...(9-10-11 in overall defense according to FEI)...Clemson's best D faced? South Carolina at 30...
JK needs to run for 250 in this game...their DL is very Michigan-esque...small/fast/young...our interior OL should eat
"Congratulated" his team on being the only team to start #1, go undefeated, and finish #3....imagine being this petty. Same dude who says no one thought they'd win the ACC this year....f*** off Dabo
I'm with you on this...if GT is the best passing offense they faced, then we should be in for a fun game. If I'm thinking right though...I'd assume UNC was better??
Does your chart show what teams did against Clemson specifically? I mean GT was an early game for Clemson and I thought they still had the option qb trying to run a pro offense
At least OSU has played teams with athletes on them...the most athletic team Clemson has faced is probably FSU and well we saw that product haha
I dont think it can be over-stated that these 15 days of practice to get Harrison even more practice time could be a huge advantage...if they are going to double and triple team CY, then we need Harrison to come up big on the other side.
We should dominate both lines...if we don't we are in trouble. I watch way too much ACC football and although Clemson is a very very talented team they have faced NO ONE with even equal athletes as them. As others have said, this should be a very similar offensive gameplay to the TTUN game...lets the big boys eat
YESSSS I was dying not seeing the Texas route against Bucky. And Yes considering Bucky blizted the MLBs every 3rd down I thought a screen here or there would have been perfect...I think we ran what, 1?
I tihnk that's just him though, it's been an issue all year long of holding on to the ball too long. I mean to be fair, I'd take that over Andy Dalton's Trademarked PANICCCCC after 2 seconds but still
Harsh, sure. I can live with giving up catches and what not, it's going to happen. But being out of position on any play-action fake is bad. Also if you really want harsh I can give you my opinion on Tuf haha
I'm sure he will be developed and you are probably right
Might I add, we need to make sure Cam Brown doesn't play because he has no clue whats going on!
Where do we see him getting drafted? I have him as a 3rd round guy (ducks from the stones that will be thrown my way). I could be way way way off and it could be due to just how smooth he is, but I dont think he will time super well in the 40.
I think Wilson is the most talented of the current WR group just to throw it out there.
While I agree that OOC really wont matter all that much, I'd say that curb stomping 3 division winners (and possibly 2 conference champs *FAU and Cincy are both American right?*) is some nice icing on the cake.
I also think the committee flip flops LSU/OSU depending on who the 4 seed is. If its Bama, I doubt they'd want a semifinal to be a rematch of that game considering its basically a re-try for Bama.
Very rarely do I agree with Cincy (though he is my favorite ESPN defender *tongue in cheek*) but the alternate uniforms are 100% the coaches and 100% Oregon to blame. But the kids love them so keep them coming. I wish we would stick with tradition but if it gets more recruits looking at tOSU then so be it, I'll deal.
I think this is where the Gene Smith haters come from. For all the great hires he's had, there always seems to be an * with them. He fell into Urban, he got lucky that Urban found Ryan Day (just speculation, for all I know Gene had the final approval on Day). And although he got Holtmann, he also kept Thad on WAYYYYYY too long despite bad records and poor health.
I also believe that ever since Tat-Gate he's been incredibly afraid to take a stand against the NCAA. He was just as involved in the ZS crap as Urban was.
I have no issue with Gene Smith, but I can also see the other side.
This feels like a non-story and Herbie just trying to rile up the fanbase. "Could be 4 but appeals will happen"? Way to hedge your bet champ. This is the same dude who said he was done with FSU yet continues to tweet and talk about them every single day.
Getting a bit tired of Herbie, he's worn out his welcome and just needs to go back to his pet cage underneath Dabo's desk
Thank you Sir
Few things since I’ve been away a few hours...where’s the info on it not being a booster/agent? And I thought I had read the guy who gave him the loan “turned” himself in...anyone else see that or is it more Bs?
Again all from the great people on twitter dot com but rumors have been whoever the friend was turned himself in? Idk if that was to OSU or to NCAA...
Where did you see it wasn’t an agent/booster? The whole friend a few months before I started at OSU is a big ol trigger for the twitter dot com herd
Yeah sorry this is a non story to me, everyone already knew it depends on who the family friend is...Dodd just doing his usual BS
Good to know, I’ve never heard of him
Anyone know anything about this Jack McGuire dude who supposedly is the source of it being an agent?
