Feels like we only get the big conference home games at noon or 3:30 however every time we go to Penn Sate or Wisconsin etc. it is at night and the most ridiculous atmosphere ever. Why is this and as a player or a visiting recruit how much of an impact would you say this has?
So how is the decision of which network gets the game made? Feels like that would have already been decided by now.
On a side note it seems to me that as long as this game is not a blowout, it feels like the loser will still be in control there playoff hopes.
Does this increase the chances of the Penn State game NOT being a noon game? I am making it up for that one and was hoping for a little extra tailgating time.
Ahhh what does "do it right" mean? Anyone have any idea? Are you supposed to go in with a closed fist or something like that? I always wonder this and neeeeed to know lol
My question is regarding blocked punts...
Does it not hurt like hell having the ball traveling at that high of a rate of speed smack your hands. I could see it not being a problem if you get a full palm, but is there no risk of having a star receiver catch a punt to his fingertips risking a broken finger or something like that?
We could pick up Tommy Stevens from Penn State who entered the portal yesterday and give them even more reason to hate us?
Also, this bodes well for keeping Jack Miller in the class. Glass half full kinda guy here.
You know what else factors into kids decisions these days? Instagram and twitter followers. Having one of, if not the largest fan base helps tremendously in this regard as well.
Feels like with all these departures we should have a few extra schollies. Now just gotta get some more heads in the 19’ class
I never lol at reading comments, this is really funny though!!!!! I still didn't lol.
I would be ok with him transferring if he hadn’t talked so much Twitter smack. I would be ok with the Twitter smack if he’d competed. I’m not ok with the Twitter smack talking and transferring without the confidence to compete. Good riddance
Can we get this guy some buckeyes gear and a photo shoot? Sick of looking at all these Georgia uniforms.
Weren’t people on this site just throwing shade at TTUN for underdeveloping their highly recruited defensive lineman?
Man what could have been. He had what must have been one of the best statistical starts to any season for any D-lineman. Wish you all the best Nick!
I feel like the Mathis transfer opened the door for Day to position this to Tate in a way that makes sense. Now we legitimately need another quarterback on the roster were as before we would have been adding solely to replace'upgrade. And what is coach supposed to do besides take the best option available???
This comment from Day is interesting should Fields transfer here “And I think it's so important for young quarterbacks to get developed, not just go from place to place when things don't go well.”
I’m going to think about this optimistically and assume Day had a tough and honest conversation with Mathis that laid out a high probability of Fields transferring here. It will make me feel better if nothing else.
To be fair that wasn’t meant to be public the camera just happened to catch it. I’m sure most players vent frustrations amongst teammates.
Dwayne’s comment . If nothing else gets my Monday started with a glimmer of hope.
