One of the coolest/most creative things I've seen.
Why does everyone ignore this portion of the language below? "that is in connection with a university sponsored activity or event." How is Zach Smith's alleged DV against his wife, who is not student, faculty, or staff, AT HOME in any way "in connection with a university sponsored activity or event"?
I don't see how there is any Title IX reporting requirement. And, in any case, it was reported by Urban Meyer and known (and possibly reported) by Gene Smith.
Meyer is required to "promptly report to Ohio State's Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics any known violations of Ohio State's Sexual Misconduct Policy (including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, intimate violence and stalking) that involve any student, faculty, or staff that is in connection with a university sponsored activity or event.”
I guess OSU is afraid of the BS claim of Schiano's PSU awareness and of the Wilson stuff that got him fired.
This is a major breakdown in your logic.
If she did not file charges so as to protect her ex husband's job and income (i.e., him getting fired), WHY would she actually tell his boss (Urban) about the same issues? Wouldn't she be concerned that his boss would fire him?
One of the few players from my alma mater Olentangy to ever make an impact for the Buckeyes! Sorry to see him retire so soon, but clearly his health is most important and I hope he doesn't face any long term negative impact. Best of luck in your next chapter.
I like it and proposed that a few days ago
Thanks for this article! This is one of the coolest things I've seen. Great combination of behind-the-scenes training footage, analysis, and application in a game setting.
So JT broke all of Brees' records in the Big Ten. Next, he can break all of his Saints records! (Wishful thinking)
