Before replay you could just enjoy the game and the excitement of each play by itself, none of this long drawn out drama on whether every single play will be reviewed, and if it is whether they will even get it right after spending forever looking it over and bringing the flow of the game to a halt.  Not only are they getting calls wrong after reviewing them, they are overturning correct calls from the field without the “indisputable evidence” they are supposed to have.

So at this point I’m with you, it needs to go.  Sure mistakes will be made, but I can live with mistakes made on split second decisions, not so much after five minutes of review.

Yes, that could get his Heisman campaign back on track real quick!  And make up for the pick-six he dropped early this season.

How many movies has that trio made together?  Usually pretty good ones.

Not a bad idea, though I wonder if you run into more weird tiebreaking issues this way?

Say right now Minnesota, Ohio State, and Penn State all go 8-1 in conference play, Minny takes the West, and the head to head game between OSU and PSU is the clear tiebreaker for the East.  But a 3 way tie for 2 spots in a title game could get messy.

Well said!

Woody took the rivalry to new heights, Tressel restored his vision, and Meyer perfected it.  Day has a chance to continue it, but he must take it as seriously as they did.

That has a decent chance of happening I would think with the bowl tires the SEC and Big 12 have I would think?

Also a chance Fields could play Georgia and Burrow could play OSU if things fall right in the CFP.

How much of advantage would teams have with a former QB of a team they are game planning for?

If Coach Day needed an offensive coordinator and Herman was available, would we want to see him back?  Former head coaches becoming coordinators at OSU is not unheard of.

For those old enough to remember when this happened, it was quite the upset.  Ferrari was the king of the endurance racing world at the time and nobody thought an American car company could challenge them, let alone beat them like they did for four straight years at Le Mans in the late 60’s.  Previews for this movie look pretty good, I may have to pick it up when it comes out on dvd.

I say if you really want to make a statement other than not showing up at all, be there when it starts at 9 on the Oval in front of Thompson (they've been there the last few times) with all signs commenting about Fox, and then during one of their segments around 9:30 start massively moving towards the Shoe for Fox at 10 and watch them try to cover the moving exodus.

This would be amazing if someone could organize a walkout live on air!

Also some "I'm only here until Big Noon Kickoff starts" signs getting some airtime would be great.

In theory not just 5 straight ranked teams, but potentially 5 straight top 10 teams.  And not top 10 teams like Texas (looking at you LSU).

I thought the 2014/Cardale 3 game run couldn't be topped, but this has the potential.

Unrealistic... probably, but not necessarily out of the realm of possibility.

And most years since Tressel showed up they've been in the running at least, heck even Cooper had them in the running many years until a certain Game.  Very few teams have had the run OSU has since say 1995?  Not saying there aren't any, but you likely don't need a second hand to count them.

Fans of the SEC teams that haven't won anything in forever (if ever) but love them some SEC chant.

If just a straight swap and going staying in that TV market, I'd take UConn or Syracuse.  UConn football would be just as bad or worse but would beef up the basketball side.  Syracuse wouldn't be amazing at anything but would be better at everything than Rutgers.

LSU looks good, especially on offense.  Not sure their D would slow Ohio State down all that much, probably a first team to 40 type of game.
