Seems like people maybe forgetting Prior. After the big announcement of Trey Sermon and then Henderson.
looking at the 100 and the 60 times...Prior is faster.  Let’s not underestimate the #6 RB.   I think he is going to be the real deal   Hard to say that when looking at Henderson’s highlight film.  BUT I am going to say it. Looking forward to those two pushing each other beyond that which alone neither would be capable of.  Putting my money on Prior to be the Bellstallion.  Is that a word. Bell cow don’t seem right in this website

I believe very little of what I read anymore.... but I do believe what I see..... and based on what  I see in #8, PJ Flick’s reign as the fastest coach in the Big 10 is over

so it is written, so it is done

Crowley is a different player.   He is a pure runner and in my minds eye (really haven’t seen him play enough). He will hit the holes and have that knack for finding the hole or creating it. But again, if your going to pass he needs to make sure he gets his nose in there and blocks. That’s what separated Zeke. And JK was mostly successful at it.

actually, the more I think... the better I feel about our RB room.  Great linemen make good backs great.   Going to be a good year  bring on 2020.

oh and as for the surgery.... in my day you were done... now their using bionic replacement parts and these kids are better then ever 4 months later

Just to jump in on the Teague conversation.... he is going to be fine...great... here is the thing. He came in and mostly blocked. Pass protection is the hardest thing for an elite RB to do, and he did it well. Ala Zeke... ok not that good but well. He has great speed and upper body strength.  He reminds me of a mini Herschel Walker.   What he lacks is vision.  The difference between he and JK in the fiesta bowl was JK saw what wasn’t there and got through or created by stretching and cutting.  Master didn’t see, so he lowered the shoulder and got two yards.   Alford will work on this. Film room stuff.  It may never click, but I believe Master will develop that skill set and do very well for us.

I will say this again and I am done. You pay them and it’s over. Everyone knows it   There is a new untapped tax stream. That’s all they want and if we ruin college sports who cares it was the greedy university that ruined collegiate sports. By the time athletics takes  last breath the politicians will be long gone. Another host dies to the parasite

Honestly, no one forces anyone to sacrifice their minds and bodies for the benefit of any university.   Athletes work their tails off to earn the right to go to a university and continue to play.  Some like football and basketball go for free. They do receive a great future that they may otherwise not have been able to afford. Less then 1% go pro.

So what if your at a MAC school what money do you get vs Ohio State.  Why would Rondale Moore consider Purdue when there is no way he will get the money OSU pays. What about Alabi? He is a champion one week and doesn’t play the next... costs him money. Here is Wilson coming in off the bench. Not starting is costing him money as the starters make more then the bench players who may not earn anything.  What does CJ Saunders make?  He is a captain. Surely he should make more but he doesn’t start. Won’t that create an issue?   Here is my thing,  you want money? Go pro.  You want to play in the NCAA, deal with the rules that allow for parody.  California will tax them anyway , so your not getting squat.  Your creating another revenue stream for an Bankrupt state.

Reality is: I make the company I work for a tremendous amount more than I earn in salary. Everyone earns less then they contribute.  Athletes earn an education,  its also a way to play the sport they love

Not even going down the rabbit hole of what do baseball players or wrestlers get?  What about all the woman’s sports?  No California is a bankruptcy leader.  They are simply looking for another revenue stream. Cut the, to the curb or let the youngsters do pro. Or to Canada make their money.
