Honestly, I never used to care about rooting for big10 teams in bowl games until the SEC/ESPN started the conference pride stuff. For the most part, I currently root for anyone playing against an SEC team in a bowl game because I despise pretentious behavior. I do make exceptions. For example, I’ll root for scUM to lose their bowl game no matter who they are playing, and LSU was my second favorite team the last two seasons only because of Joe Burrow.
So.... if season is canceled or even shortened (already is), where does that leave teams on scholarship numbers/redshirts? Here’s some scenarios: season is canceled, what does that mean for total scholarship numbers? Or are guys like Cooper, Hilliard, Saunders, etc SOL and told to move on? What if season is canceled after 3 games, do all freshmen get redshirts even if they play all games (they should). Everyone knows what the right answer is to these questions, but will universities and the NCAA do right for their student athletes?
And yet never won b10 coach of the year lol
What is going on with that program? Even if Cook doesn’t transfer here, I suspect the lack of development narrative from that program to continue. More Texas buckeyes please.
I hope when they eventually have to replace Harbaugh they choose Gattis. He seems to have a vast understanding of their pretentious culture.
I can’t tell you how many times I try to upvote AE. Sometimes when I don’t see the upvote option I assume I’m not logged into my account. I think I owe the guy hundreds of upvotes.
