Not arguing the call, but the picture he used in the video isn’t a perfect angle on the spot, it’s a still from the game video rotated to be a down the line shot. He was legit comparing the exact same image, one clean and one rotated. Look at the hash marks.
It spreads faster than the flu and the hospitalization rate is higher. We don’t have enough hospital beds in the country to accommodate Covid19 if it becomes widespread.
Focusing on the mortality rate is short sighted.
This isn’t a website for Ohio State players and coaches, it’s a website for fans, Some fans are less familiar with the backups on the roster and some fans are party poopers. Articles like this are great off-season information for the former group and provide something to passive aggressively comment on for the latter.
Been a while?
Terry McLaurin and Parris Campbell would like a word.
While I agree that established fans are fans of the program and will cheer no matter who is on the field, specific players build the program and attract new fans. Every class adds a layer of support. If it hadn’t been for the players on the field when you first became a fan, you wouldn’t be here as a fan saying the players don’t matter in the long run.
Hopalong Cassidy doesn’t “matter” much to kids these days, but you bet your ass Chase Young matters. Chase Young is the specific reason some number of young kids today will be posting on this site in 20 years.
5 tackles for loss, with 4 of them being sacks.
All correct, except Texas won that game. Suh terrorized that offense all day.
I don’t know what you guys are talking about. Harbaugh is doing a fine job. He has a well coached team that’s had some bad breaks this season. I would absolutely hate to see him involved in any sort of coaching hot seat discussion. You know, cuz he’s a great coach and a great guy and all. Seems like he’s about to turn the corner and start competing for championships real soon. He just needs more time, more of his own guys, etc. I think a contract extension is probably a smart move. Lock him down for another few years...8 more after this one sound right?
Combine that with all the stat errors and this article is bitterly disappointing
Not elite at all
The blog referencing the “illogical” drop in the AP poll and the disrespect it shows could easily have been written
“I don’t understand how polls work.”
Yep. The redskins line is a dumpster fire. Gruden will have to play him to try to save his job, which won’t work because the line will still be awful.
Hopefully they get a coach next year that will let Haskins’ talent shine.
That day was the perfect explanation of who he is. Played great football to earn the right to plant the flag in the opponent’s field, too dumb to realize it wouldn’t work.
Great football player, kind of a jackass.
Fight to the end
I maybe would have used Shawn Springs instead of Roby, but it is a tall order either way. Chris Spielman has said a few times Antoine Winfield is the best defensive player he’s ever seen at tOSU.
Its pretty subjective, but if he even gets into the conversation it will be a good 2019 season for the defense.
His weaknesses are reading coverage, making throws with anticipation, and getting through progressions.
He’s going to be a f###ing disaster who can run. Then he’s going to get a ruptured spleen or a lacerated liver and retire.
What? If that’s Michael Thomas he was a great run blocker, the best route runner on the team, and despite being the most criminally underused wide receiver in the history of OSU football (maybe any college football) he wasn’t a constant distraction. I’m not sure how much more “bought in” a wide receiver could be.
Just like when they play Notre Dame, I’ll be rooting for a sinkhole to swallow the field. Fuck em.
He didn’t make it out of districts. 100m times for the final were bad across the board. Real bad. 200m times between prelims and finals were so inconsistent they look like typos. Wind was definitely a factor, would guess rain was too, based on some terrible sprint times and reasonably fast distance times.
lol. That’s even more sad. Kids having to ask mostly grown adults to basically not hound and bash them on social media and message boards. We already have at least one clown on this very thread calling him a quitter. Maybe pathetic is more appropriate.
A 17 year old kid just saw the coach he always wanted to play for retire and decided he should explore his options further. That doesn’t make him a quitter.
Your comment says a lot more about you than his statement says about him.
A little sad that he has to ask people to respect his decision. Best of luck to him.
Saying Penn st is a rival is only acceptable when the purpose of saying it is directly targeting that one friend you have who’s a fan of TTUN...as in “Penn State is our rival now since you guys are basically the smegma of the conference.”
Anyone who really thinks they are a rival doesn’t understand how the world works, and I fear for their children.
Alabama had the turnover belt back in ‘15, don’t remember what they called it. That seems to be the original, which is a good enough reason to hate the U’s turnover chain and all the other copycats.
