Percentage of offensive line snaps should be weighted higher imo
Lmao and this guy makes how much per year?
I mean Dobbins just carried the ball 300 times in a season, I don't think touches are lacking at the position. Other teams sign highly rated receivers and also signed highly rated running backs, that's not really a great excuse.
Mahomes is going to go down as the best QB of the 2020's, this three game run will just be a small part of his legacy.
Cardale's entire legacy is those three games.
I fully believe 2021 will be a "down year" by our own standards.
I don't know why it had to sit in the middle of the screen taking up real estate when the bottom corner of the screen was left completely open.
I'm an OSU EE grad working in Northern Virginia and work almost exclusively with VT engineers and also am dating a VT engineering grad. They are a great bunch, but I don't see them being any more talented than the people I knew at OSU, probably even less so.
VT is a good school, it just isn't so prestigious that they should be calling and complaining about being left off a list that includes Stanford, Notre Dame, and Northwestern. They aren't on that level.
Let TTUN continue to argue that, it's just funny.
Hearing VT also called in is no surprise. They have all convinced themselves that school is on par with UVA and have a huge inferiority complex about it.
It still bugs me and will for awhile, but the strong overwhelming emotions have at least faded.
Don't understand how Strudrawa has all high marks and is just then "replaceable".
People always say something like "3 stars with a better work ethic are more valuable".
Players aren't just given 5-stars just based on god given talent. They certainly have had the work ethic to mold themselves into a prospect of that caliber.
Yea if you read their site at all, the way they viewed losing to us in November was WILDLY different than the way we saw the game. They sort of ignored the part where really dumb turnovers swung the game by 14+ points and they still lost by double digits.
The ACC is just so bad right now. FSU and Miami being dumpster fires is just ridiculous with their recruiting.
Imagine if PSU and TTUN went 6-6 and the 2nd best team in conference was a 9-4 Minny. That's where the ACC was at last year essentially.
Trey Depriest was another LB in the earlier part of the decade I remember being a big miss at the time, then we beat him in 2014.
It terms of being a student, it's used pretty often and is very common when talking about college prep or post college grad plans to describe what class you are in.
We usually have good interior play and it's one of the positions historically that we never ever get the top tier recruits at. Vincent, Garrett, and Togiai are like 3 of the best DT recruits we've ever had all-time and they will all be major contributors next year, I'm not at all worried about them.
The two most talented teams we've had were 2015 and 2019.
These were junior heavy talent classes (the best two according to this list) sandwiched between other great ones. The whole key is having those stud juniors before they declare early.
I think that 2011 sugar bowl is underrated, after all these years of “SEC speed” and to go beat them felt great. The late 2000’s were a little darker than we remember.
There is something going on at Clemson. I don’t think it’s money, but something weird is happening there.
2016 will always be special, they had all those seniors and honestly really choked that game away. That might be the closest they get for another 5-6 years at least.
The optics of this are so bad. If the NCAA doesn't even comment on this then they lose whatever credibility they are trying to hold on to. I'm guessing ESPN hasn't commented either, when Chase Young was literally the leading story for a few days.
I honestly don't even want the players to face any punishment, but I want the NCAA to admit they at least put real and serious effort into investigating these things. It's not fair to hold some people accountable and not others.
I don't know why we are still complaining about the seeding, it was pretty damn close between us and LSU. It sucks but it's one of those things where someone was going to be upset about it no matter what the decision was.
Turn off the TV and stop going to ESPN.com. You will feel a lot better.
You guys always fall for their trolls like a bunch of fools. It's like you've never been on the internet outside of Eleven Warriors.
At Penn St is tough. I'd love to see them make that a noon game and watch Penn St fans lose their minds.
