My guess is if he has already told the staff of the school he is committing too, and to draw more suspense we won’t here from him canceling his Georgia visit until that day or after he is already committed, unless that school is Georgia.
I will be interested to see if they staff keeps recruiting kids that were at the top of our board once committed elsewhere like Urban did, knowing maybe they can flip them later if we have a good season, or do they move on to the next one. I honestly think that if some of these kids would wait till the season started we might be able to swing 1 or 2 possibly back our way. I’m talking guys like Sherman and Jarrett and Ricks and maybe even Davis.
Who becomes the next OT we put at the top of our list if he goes to Notre Dame?
We need to get him on campus and imo until he does there is no way Rosemy is coming here. If and when he decides to visit then maybe we can be a legitimate option.
Sounds like Darrion Henry has an official visit to LSU this weekend, think we need to keep an eye on this one.
Not sure a second quarterback is necessary in 2020 now, but maybe 2021. I think the new wave is gonna be having a highly ranked freshman or redshirt freshman as a backup. Which is exactly what we would have if Fields leaves early. Plus I think this gives staff more time to convince McCord that a second one in 2021 is necessary so he is ok with it.
Spooner didn’t we do that last year, for some reason I seem to remember we had a huge official visit weekend last year on Friday night lights.
edit: looks like last years was on Friday June 22 and Jordan Battle, Jameson Williams. Dwan Mathis among others who were on official visits that weekend.
Looks like his official is set for June 21, which is shaping up to be a big weekend. Read somewhere that this was gonna be the weekend of Friday night lights this year, can’t remember where I read it though.
This makes sense to me that Clemson has something going on down there, they have been irrelevant for many years than in the last five all of a sudden become a top notch program. That doesn’t usually happen overnight, yes I know that have won two of the last three national championships but I think something is up down there that smells fishy. First the fingers in not so nice places, second the juicing and now the final nail in the coffin.
That’s how I would rank them as well but I don’t think the other two are realistic.
I’d still like to have Atteberry to go along with Rosengarten and Carmody, but I’m greedy.
According to what I have seen he has a great relationship with Mattison, but yeah ND seems to be the favorite right now. We have some big time officials this weekend, this could be a big weekend for the 2020 class.
Jordan Morant is on a visit today.
I really never bought into the DC trio coming to Ohio State, I think they just like thought of being chased by Ohio State but always knew they weren’t going there. I think this year we as fans should be happy with anything in the top 10 and anything class above that would really be outstanding, just to much turnover on the staff for relationships in the 2020 class. If we continue to win and add another big ten championship than 2021 class could be top 2-3.
Why was he not wearing a belt with those squats as well, man I would hate to see something go wrong and kid hurt something by not taking proper protocols when lifting. Like a lot have mentioned I would also rather see him go a little lower and maybe not as much weight. Anyway get this kid to Columbus and let Mick work with the kid and he could be a workout warrior.
I’m right there with you knarcisi, I think Day is gonna move on to the NFL in a few years and Urban will be right back in the head coach seat at OSU.
We need another quarterback in the 2020 class regardless whether he Baldwin leaves or not, if he doesn’t yet this year he most likely will next.
Anyone think Dwan Mathis is kicking himself, not sure what the options are out there but we need a quarterback in a bad way and hopefully bring in two in the 2020 class, and hopefully we don’t lose Miller over taking another one.
Our season literally hangs on Fields and the fact he is a running quarterback does not bode well for this team if u ask me.
Bijan Robinson will take his official visit on June 14.
Didn’t Steve also believe Carmen was heading to Ohio State at this same time in his recruitment as well, I sure hope Paris stays with Ohio State but I believe this will be his 3rd visit to Georgia.
on 247 Wiltfong posted an article about another 5 star visiting Georgia with Paris’ picture as the header.
Anyone heard anything about Carmody’s visit last weekend, seems things have been unusually quiet after the spring game.
Sounds like Paris Johnson will be visiting Georgia this weekend.
Lots of CB’s coming in for McCarthy to TTUN.
