That's pretty cool if the scene survives the edit room floor.  I wonder where he filmed at?  I did meet Aaron Rodgers on set here in Belfast. It was either the last week of May or first week of June.  They had already officially wrapped by then but were still shooting some carnage.  As far as I know, he didn't participate but they like to keep some things secret when possible. So if he did do a scene, he would have been in the studio set across the road and not in the rebuilt King's Landing, but I doubt it.

I wanted to ask him what he was doing there, but figured it wasn't my business and I was trying to play it cool. Instead just casually grinned and said "holy shit, they'll let anybody in here apparently".  I did have my black Block O hoody on at the time but my phone was security sealed so I couldn't get a pic.

I'm still waiting for one those yahoos to tell me the name of the judge that handed down the "guilty of domestic violence" verdict.  Obviously there had to have been one as everyone, even genuine bona-fide works for tv reporters, insist that there was a massive conspiracy to cover up said domestic abuse.

I like social media when it gets this stupid.  Personally, I like to know who the morons are and thankfully, they just cannot keep from outing themselves every single time.

Land of the free and home of the #hottake.

He's lucky this wasn't adjudicated?  You are aware that Urban isn't the one who allegedly committed dv, are you not?  Some of you idiots can't seem to make this distinction and want to crucify this man for the alleged wrong doings of another.

Get your head out of your ass and go read the report.  Then read it again without your preconceived assumption of guilt and loathing for a man who,in all honesty, did nothing wrong, especially not to Courtney Smith.

There are a lot of reasons he should have fired ZS (or not even hired him to begin with) but none of those reasons would have changed anything with regard to CS's allegations of what may or may not have transpired within that troubled marriage.

I'm so fucking sick of hearing/reading the vitriol being cast at Urban as if he was either the abuser or was actively encouraging it.  "Hit her again Zach and this time put some stank on it".

Get off your soap box, pick it up, put it over your shameful face and take your sorry ass misinformed and misdirected anger and piss off.

How about "Fetch"?  Can we call them Fetch?  Makes sense and I like it.  Can we make that happen?  Can we make Fetch happen?

Was into it years ago, still watch the occasional movie or series that pop up on Netflix.  Ninja Scroll, Akira and Vampire Hunter D were a few of my favorites.

I wonder which mod is going to get the privelage of dropping the hammer on you first. You've been crossing all kinds of lines and need to be put in check.

Not sure why you cannot access the site, but I'm in GB and have no issues accessing their webpages.  Whatever the reason for it being blocked for you, it's not simply an overseas issue.

Sounds sort of like an episode of lucid dreaming, where you're dreaming, but somehow aware that you're dreaming.

I've had some pretty fantastical/terrifying dreams in that manner.   Recurring dreams of being mauled by bears was the most usual.

As soon as I stepped into the woods in my dreams (always the woods except for once) I knew exactly what was going to happen to me, even though it would never playout exactly the same in the build up. Ultimately though I never escaped and it always, always "hurt" like hell until I died.  I used to wake up at that point the first few times, but it became so expected that I came to rather enjoy them.  After all, how else can one experience such horrific or sometimes fantastical Lewis Carrol type shit without any real consequence.

If you truly are aware of the fact that you're dreaming, just do your best to stay aware of it while the crazy happens.  Perhaps you too will find them less threatening or unsettling after a short time and perhaps come to enjoy the insane bizarreness of it as well.

If these dreams keep happening and keep causing you stress and not allowing you to sleep properly (even when not freaked out by them, they can still be mentally exhausting), then I recommend telling your doctor and ask about switching meds.

Otherwise, just think of it as an LSD-free acid trip and enjoy the ride.  Just don't eat the brown acid man!

Oh.  That game 2 goal was goalie interference all day long.  Had they called it a goal, a challenge from Anaheim would have gotten it overturned anyway.  Doesn't take the sting out of the bad call in game 3 though.

As for the 2004 game, you hosers got hosed on that one big time.  I was glad to see Vinnie LeCavalier lift the cup that year however.   Well, not that year specifically, just glad that he got one before his playing days were done.  Just one of those players I rooted for regardless of team.

Back to back?  I agree the 3rd goal should have been overturned for a high stick but what was the other?

I can only assume that on the 3rd goal, that in their minds, they didn't have a good view of both the stick and cross bar at ice level to give a definitive overturn.  Kind of like knowing the puck is in the net under the goalie but without being able to physically see it they don't have the courage to use common sense.

Tough loss for the Flames for sure.  I know how I'd feel if it were the other way around.

So it was option 2, you didn't understand what you read. Of course his primary concern is about BIG 12 teams, of which OU is one, but it is in regard to future considerations and what he as commisioner needs to to give his conference the beat chance to get in when they are in the mix.

Makes no difference to my point.  From what you stated in the OP it's clear you either only read the headline and not the article before posting, or simply had no clue what you read before posting.

It had nothing to do with why OU wasn't in.
