Both sets of parents knew.  I mean honestly what father tells his daughter to just take the beatings for the money?  I find that hard to believe.  I also find it difficult to believe that her attorneys and the Police knew and nothing was done.  None of this makes sense.   Hopefully there is a lot of evidence that will vindicate him but regardless the damage to his reputation is already done.

I don't think the spring game showed anything about Tate's ability to throw the ball.  He was throwing to walk on receivers and hitting them in the hands....they just dropped the passes.  Additionally, how many legitimate rushing TDs were blown dead before he crossed the goal line in that touch format.  I know it is a spring game but the two players that had me excited about the future of OSU football were Martell and Teague.

Not at all circular.  There is no Penn state , Ohio state, Texas etc.  in this playoffs.  A 45 share in Columbus means a lot more than a 45 share in Birmingham.  That is precisely the reason the NHL winter classic is always comprised of teams from the largest cities.

Certainly there will be people in Ohio watching the playoffs.  I am an OSU fan more than a CFB fan and I realize it is not in OSU’s best interest for me to watch.    I believe I have established that I will not be.  Enjoy if you are.

I think the ratings for those games were high because of Big participants.  I watched all of the big ten teams and no other bowl games.  Of course there will still be people in Ohio watching the playoffs.  The ratings will be down though IMO. I really could care less one way or the other...which is actually why I am not watching.
