Ohio State opened as a 18-point favorite in its huge showdown with Michigan State scheduled for Saturday in Ohio Stadium. The initial over/under was set for 72.5.

As of Sunday night, the spread had increased to 20 points in favor of Ohio State while the over/under had dropped to 68 points.

The Buckeyes are 5-4-1 against the spread this season following their coverage in a 59-31 win over Purdue on Saturday.

The last time these two teams entered a matchup this late in the season with both teams in Big Ten title contention was 2015, where Ohio State was a 13-point favorite before losing to Michigan State in Columbus on November 21.
