To begin Monday's press conference, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day announced Justin Fields as Ohio State's 2019 starting quarterback following naming Tuf Borland, Jordan Fuller, Chase young, J.K. Dobbins, Jonathon Cooper, K.J. Hill and C.J. Saunders as team captains. 

Day also wrapped up discussions about fall camp and looked ahead to the season.
