Aaron Rodgers and Mason Crosby of the Green Bay Packers colluded Sunday afternoon to push Ezekiel Elliott and the Dallas Cowboys out of the playoffs.

Zeke joined his former Ohio State teammates, San Diego Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa, on the sidelines for the rest of playoffs.

The two, however, could still win a prestigious award for the rookie seasons.

Zeke led the league in rushing with 1,631 yards and 15 touchdowns. Bosa finished with 10.5 sacks despite appearing in only 12 games.

Tuesday morning, the NFL named the two to a field of five for Rookie of the Year.

Other finalists:

  • Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott (Mississippi State)
  • Atlanta Falcons LB Deion Jones (Louisiana State)
  • Philadelphia Eagles QB Carson Wentz (North Dakota State)
