Former Ohio State guard Aaron Craft, who is trying to break into the NBA this season, set quite a few records during his time as a Buckeye.
Now, he has one to his name on the professional level.
After recording four assists last night for the Golden State Warriors in their 100-91 loss in the Las Vegas NBA Summer League, Craft broke the Warriors' Las Vegas assists record for a single summer. Craft had 27 assists in the Summer League, breaking the old mark of 23, set by Brian Chase in 2010.
Ohio State assistant coach Greg Paulus weighed in on the accomplishment, as well.
For the summer, Craft averaged 4.8 points, 4.5 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game.
Here's to hoping Craft finds a home in the NBA sometime soon.
