I saw a Michelin chef from NYC do one of these on here not too long ago and I thought it was really cool and I enjoyed reading the responses so I figured I'd give it a go since I had some downtime. I'm an artist manager in Hollywood that manages a few high level acts that has worked at major labels as well.
