He looks like he could use some time in the weight room. His arms look more DB than LB.

And he is still bigger than Werner

This was covered in the recruiting thread, I'd check that ongoing thread to make sure it's not already being discussed before creating a new thread.
Thanks for the heads up CB, I must have missed that particular thread or post.
Just trying to keep the Dubbers in the loop and all.

To the contrary, feel free to make specialized, meaningful posts. Forcing everything into one thread is not necessary or ideal. it's only a function of not having much to talk about and not having any depth on the things we do talk about.
New Day for OSU. Same noon for TTUN.
The Thread Police will get you!
Seriously, if you're a stud LB why would you come to OSU and be "tutored" by Schiano and Davis?
Bc u know they won’t be in Cbus next year. It’s the only 100% guarantee u won’t have to play for Davis.
U don’t wanna go to Iowa or any other school. He might get hired then ruh roh.
Why come to OSU as stud LB? Maybe the chance to play very soon, due to our issues?
Ohio, the greatest state in the Union!
Baron Browning was labeled a can't miss recruit. He's in his second year and still can't break into the starting line-up
Right, because the Buckeyes have no history of sending linebackers to the NFL...
Bears...Buckeyes... Battlestar Galactica.
So, you're happy with the LB play under Bill Davis and Schiano?
When they actually line up as LB’ers, yes.
CBs are 50/50 between MSU and OSU but he only has two and prior to Andrew Ellis putting one in for the Buckeyes today, he only had the one for MSU, which was cast by a MSU recruitnik back in March.
I want to see speed at LB. The position can be taught, speed cannot.

Well said Iowa - this team needs lbs that can cover sideline to sideline as well as attack.
The slow play (ha) this year has called attention to be need for speed in the middle of the field.
The position can be taught
Apparently not by Bill Davis
I think a clear indicator that it’s a Bill Davis problem, and not a player problem is a guy like Jerome Baker. He had a down year last season, yet he is the Dolphins best LB in his first year in the NFL.
Consistent underperformance by your players should be enough to force a mediocre-to-begin-with position coach out in the offseason.
Bill Davis —- he’s gots to go!
Kiko Alonso is the Dolphins' best linebacker.
It certainly isn't definitive or the end all be all, but fwiw PFF currently has Baker 1st at 72.6 (good), Raekwon 2nd at 63.7 (above average) and Kiko 3rd at 53.9 (average).
Offers from Georgia Tech, Duke, Northwestern, and Vanderbilt. He must be a quality student.
He just got a big boost in the 247 update
