Game tied up 0-0 at the start
This post is leasable space for this dude right here BeatTTUN
Poor shooting so far but the Cavs are making some second chance opportunities.
Might sound crazy but I think they might actually be more entertaining to watch this year since who knows what you are going to get
Agreed and Cedi is looking good. He isn’t shy about taking it to the basket.
Yup. He's so high energy just a fun guy to watch
This is definitely where I parked my car.
It’s funny watching him dribble and I constantly think he’s going to get it stolen but he breaks through. Looking great on both ends of the floor.
Cavs are controlling the boards.
Cedi Osman is a beast. Hopefully he can be consistent throughout the year.

Cavs down 25-28 at the end of the 1st
Need to do a better job at shooting but doesn't look too bad so far
Yup. Shooting will come but if they can stay this active during the season they can be a tough team.
Looks like Kawhi Leonard didn't forget how to play basketball. Seems like it's been 5 years since he was on the court.
AKA the Horseshoe, the Shoe, and the House That Harley Built
Picking up right where he left off
Tristan Thompson is still a beast on the glass. I don't know why we didn't play him that much last season he can switch defend and get boards and run the floor i mean he has his issues but he's an excellent utility player.
Digging a hole with the bad shooting now
Welp, they kept it close for a quarter and a half, I suppose.
Cavs down 47-60 at the half
So Hood started at Shooting Guard? Thought he was a 3?
Fields of Dreams
He can play both. J.R. Is out tonight and he may be the starter until Hood takes his spot.
They need to try their best to move Smith and Korver and let the young guys play.
JR could move but I don’t mind keeping Korver unless he wants to go somewhere with a better chance for a ring. The Cavs can use him off the bench still and he is an asset as a veteran helping guys with their shooting.
Also biased since he is one of my favorites ever and I never get tired of watching him shoot threes.
Looks like Lue still refuses to use Frye. Why even have him taking up a spot on the bench?
Really love the energy sexton brings when he's on the floor, young fella plays extremely hard! Wish we would get korver involved tho
Pretty pleased with the energy of the team as a whole. Awful shooting tonight and defense needs some work but the team has promise with the young core.
4 point play comin up k love
That’s a bullshit technical foul
No technical foul there on Kawhi but calls it on Love 5 minutes ago.
Wouldn’t it be better if the Cavs just openly tanked this year?
The draft picks would be nice
If the Cavs have a pick in the top 10 this year then Atlanta gets it
Isn’t it top 10 protected the next 2 years? So Atlanta gets a first from Cleveland only if it’s 11-30
It is top 10 protected. Cavs keep 1-10 this year and next. If they were to do that they give 2nd round picks. The goal is either be really good or really bad.
The pick is protected 94. Cavs keep it if it’s top 10, next season too if they keep it this year.
Raptors might contend in the East this year. Still not sure why they fired Casey.
Agreed. There was no reason to fire him. Everyone loses to Lebron in the east.
Feels like the same team. Just swapped DeRozan for Kawhi and added Danny Green. I suppose I'll add them to my list of teams I'd like to beat Boston.
Missed your thread and most of the game. I’m thinking of investing in the NBA League pass, so I can watch this season.
Feed the trolls
The youth on the team looks promising. The team needs to improve shooting, defense, and work on getting used to each other but the effort is certainly there.
I saw blurbs on NBA TV. Saw Cedi in there at the beginning, so hoping he can contribute. Sexton is boom or bust to me, but I’m leaning towards boom.
Also we didn't have Nance which in theory should have helped. A win this year for me is if we see Sexton and Cedi show they can be above average NBA starters as well as Nance. Outside of that if we can get a consistent long term 15 pt scorer from early Clarkson or Hood then we are in a good spot. We will need to take the Pacers approach of not being terrible at drafting and trading for decent players who were bad fits elsewhere and see what happens.
I didn't even catch it over the summer or last night but Allie Clifton must have been in Lebron's demands for him to sign with the Lakers. She is working for the Lakers
