I'd love to believe in Nebraska to cover, but I can't do it. I'd take Michigan.
It all depends on Martinez. If he plays and is able to scramble then i'd take Nebraska all day. This will be a 4 quarter game if he plays, Michigan could even lose. Nebraska's weakness is the secondary, but that doesn't matter to Harbaugh. He will call run after run after run.
Agreed, if he is healthy, then it's a totally different game. I didn't think it was that realistic, though; is he expected to play?
Wow was I wrong lol Nebraska is awful.
Im thinking Iowa straight up! I know J Taylor (blah, blah, blah) but Nate Stanley has looked way better than Alex Hornibrook.
Intersting too you guys stayed away from PSU/IL game 28 pts. IL 2-1 and only loss v S Florida. PSU on the road the week before tOSU game. Who knows.
Agree. It'll be a big test for Franklin and his team leaders to keep PSU's focus on ILL and not look ahead -- especially a Friday night game. They'll win going away, but I expect an ugly game.
Why is PSU playing on a Friday? I thought Delany had backed away from the FNL ledge. (Of course, I thought the B1G had a policy against playing FCS teams but then there was Iowa playing UNI last week.)

Checkout the line on the Cincy game. Ohio U is not good at football this year, I like the Bearcats.

Indiana has a lot of confidence right now - look out.

Michigan will get straight up exposed this weekend. Nebraska's defense will get the chance to rest more then they have the first 2 games thanks to an offense that gets more first downs. Yea, yea, I know Michigans D is good. Over-eager to get to the QB will cost them again the same way it did against the Irish. I look for the Cornhoggers to win this game straight up.
It will be interesting. There have been hints Harbaugh is going to begin to take the wraps off of Shea Patterson. Because they want to give the work to the OL, and because they want to keep the playbook from being totallly out there, Michigan forced things with the run game. But Patterson is completing 70% plus of his passes, and there are at least 5 solid guys on the team as targets. I can believe they up the pass attempts from 20 to maybe 30 or so. Maybe even 40. I think they are going to shred and torch the Nebraska secondary.
The fact Patterson has gone up in passer rating every year to this point seems to lend credibility to what your saying Blu. Howevsr he did throw 30 times against ND which isn't Western Michigan and SMU. He seems to be averaging 7 yards a completion and has 2 interceptions and 2 fumbles with only 6 touchdowns. Like I said, he may have to run for his life this week and he has a history of not protecting the ball. Your line sucks. Running the ball the last 2 weeks may help ya in the first half but I think ya gotta throw in the 2nd half to stay in the game. We will see. I gotta gut feelin on this one though.
I’m with you Zilla . Everyone has had um over hyped since nervous-chicken-meat arrived. Frost could start writing his story this weekend.
You guys clearly haven't watched Nebraska play. If the walk-on QB is still playing (which I haven't checked the status of Martinez), TTUN is covering. Martinez plays, then maybe Nebraska can hang around a bit.
Martinez is a game time decision. He will play.
If nebby gets pressure on Patterson he’s s 49% passer. Could be. A final of 6-3
Nebraska is bad with a capital "B" right now. TTUN's offense is inconsistent, so that's a lot of spread to bet the cover, but TTUN should handle NU.
I survived Cooper, and I hate Tai Streets.
18.5 is alot of points to cover. I do not expect a high scoring game in the first place. My feeling is Nebraska will cover, because TTUN will only score 24 pts.

Wisconsin to me seems like the surest bet of those games.
I would say Georgia and TCU are locks.
Hindsight being 20/20 - never bet against Iowa.
I would be a little nervous picking TCU coming off a tough loss to good guys.
TCU put everything they had into that OSU game... I expect a major let down... Fortunately for them... they play texas.. who is a roller coaster team... and they were just at the top of the last hill...
This will be an interesting intangibles type game... But I think Texas wins this one..
You know, the first thing I thought when I saw the lines was that TCU was easy money, but your perspective is a good one. I'm not sure I've seen enough consistency out of Herman's Heroes to deal with what TCU brings, but a let down from TCU shouldn't be out of the question. Maybe Vegas thinks the same thing at only 3.5.
Forget the line, take a look at the O/U on that game: 43. Take the under. 21-14 or 21-17 tops.

Gotta agree with you here, Navy. NU will be lucky to cross the 50 if TTUN's D shows, and TTUN's O is schizophrenic.
I suppose Colorado and Troy are both competent teams,
Who is Wertheim? And his pick means he doesn't think the Bucks will cover, right?

Last year’s intern. And yes, these are all ATS.
Waiting with bated breath to see if next week is the first week he picks OSU to cover!

Check out the scores of the last two Stanford-Oregon games. Stanford won 49-7 and 52-27. I understand what the line is, but I’m not convinced the Ducks are legit, or that they’re built to hang with Stanford.
I'm really interested in this game and to see if Oregon is on the way back to what they were 4-5 years ago.
Bama has been destroying teams all season... “all season” meaning the last three games and “teams” meaning outright cupcakes? With how A&M played vs Clemson I think this will be an interesting game.
I'm hoping that TCU destroys Tattletale Tommy Herman's Longhorns. Not only will it make the Buckeyes strength of schedule look better, but it will also serve as payback to Herman if indeed he was involved in the Zach Smith saga as many are reporting. It could also help us to continue the stellar recruiting in Texas.
Exactly what did Hernan do?
He wasn’t the tattletale
I love how the buckeyes were -12-13 last week against number 15 and yet UGA is only -12 against unranked mizzou
I Hate Michigan.
If it's betting on the spread, I'd take Tulane.
Ohio State will be playing a lot of younger players in prep for PSU. It will still be a blowout, but I'll be happy to be wrong if it goes over 37 points.

I think you are correct. But I have always stayed away from placing bets on any game in which the good guys are involved. Too hard to remove my passions to make rational decisions. Years ago, I was in Vegas and a friend was playing a 10 team parlay. One of the games was Ohio St. vs someone. Cooper was the coach at the time. I looked at his ticket and told him to remove the Ohio St game and pick another game. He refused thinking that OSU would cover. He laid down a couple hundo and won every game on the ticket except OSU. It just reaffirmed by belief in staying away from OSU when betting.
