So happy for him. Geaux Jeaux!
It would be legendary to watch Bosa sack him 6 times in the semis! O !!! H !!!
I was thinking the finals.
You Got Barbecue Back There!?!?!?!
I want to see Clemson in the finals. We owe them an ass kicking.
Keep dreaming. LSU is no where near a top 4 team
Lighten up Francis. I wasn't prognosticating. I was saying what I'd like to see happen. NMB said it would be legendary, not that it was happening. I was playing along. I too would love to get some revenge on Clemson. Go Bucks!
Probably have the best resume in the country up to this point
Noon games suck
I watched the game. He struggled in the 1st half. Is it a LSU QB thing? It’s funny how some schools just get a certain reputation and can’t shake it.
He's a very good QB and his strength is decision making... He's nowhere near the passer that Haskins is though. That's ok because LSU just needs a solid QB who makes good decisions
Urban Meyer >Jim Harbaugh for ever and ever, Amen. 0
He isn't helped by the coacing staff. LSU has talent but is not well coached.
They're all chickens. The rooster has sex with all of them.
Yeah I agree with coaching. But LSU has had poor QB for a while now. Even with Miles as the coach.
Auburn's coverage was actually insane. His completions where almost all contested catches.
Burrow delivered when it counted.
How cool is that?! I can't say I've ever seen or heard of a cheer like that for a former player. Congratulations to Joe! Go Bucks!
Joe played lights out down the stretch. Glad for him and the Cookie Monster.
Feed the trolls
Hearing the fans supporting Joe Burrow like that, makes me proud to be a Buckeye! Go get em Joe!
squash the frogs!!
Two top 10 wins with a team he’s been with for 3 months. One of that AT Auburn.
His Oline cannot pass protect at all. Sometimes they kept 9 in to block. His O coordinator is terrible. His receivers drop a lot of balls.
He had some misfires himself but man, the chips are stacked against him.
Joe is a gamer. He willed LSU to that victory.
You win with people.
And so forth...
9 Units Strong!
Bottom line, this is another dropped game by LSU as their season falls into obscurity in any other year without Joe. Pretty sure Auburn will be one of their toughest games, so they could end up with 1-2 losses instead of 3.
A gentle reminder to BE NICE. Plays guitar and makes iced tea in the winter.
Was it just me or did it seem like a no huddle tempo offense would’ve helped them get into a groove? I think it was just a snail paced attack that hurt them Saturday. Joe looks like a grinder, has to get some better play out of his receivers... saw a few go routes where the defender dictated their path to the ball (or lackthereof)
Once and always! Congrats on the win Joe!
Ohio, the greatest state in the Union!
I'm glad Buckeye fans have found a quarterback to get behind. It's been a while.
The most "loud mouth, disrespect" poster on 11W.
Although I wish him well, and am happy with the success he has had with the Bayou Bengals, the young man left, and to my knowledge has not reciprocated all of the Buckeye love sent his way. I frankly don't understand the obsession with this young man. There have been a slew of other transfers, and none have received the constant adulation and support that this young man receives. The last postgame interview I saw, he expressed that he wanted to go celebrate with his brothers, and at no time did he give a shout out to TOSU or his former teammates. Good luck to Joe, and for Buckeye Nation, it is time we also moved on.
Everything will be okay, I promise.
why would he shoutout his old teammates?
"I feel ready for whatever awaits me on the other side. I don’t fear adversity. I don’t fear the spotlight. I don’t fear success. And I don’t fear failure." - Braxton Miller
Exactly. He is playing for LSU in the SEC. Do people really expect him to come out and heap praise on his previous team and conference? He has to live in the situation he is in and he gains nothing by not embracing it fully.
Exactly, with that being the case, why should Buckeye nation care?
"What is our aim, I can tell you in one word. Victory" Winston Churchill
I am sure he appreciates the support of Buckeye nation. Many of us feel bad he never got an opportunity to start here, which is what he wanted. Glad to see things work out for him.
Just another Buckeye doing well......good to see.
Enjoying daily the 62-39 ttun beatdown.
I count that as an Ohio State victory.
"The only good thing about it is winning the d*** thing" - Urban Meyer on The Game The War
Missed the game, but very happy for Joe B and the winning Tigers.
All we ever here is Ohio kids can't deal with "SEC speed", Joe's handling it well.
He has SEC speed now. It’s something that is magically infused within your being once you cross the Mason-Dixon Line. I once lived in the south, I was amazed how all of a sudden I could run faster and how high I could jump. Sadly it all went away once I moved back to Ohio.
Send the Earth Reverberating
Jamal Dean was the first opponent that I saw talk with Joe after the game.
Born and bred a Buckeye - Buckeye 'til I die
Is Dean the guy with the bad knees that OSU docs wanted to put on medical, so he transferred?
I’m happy for him but get him off the page. He plays for LSU now not Ohio State. Put Nick Bosa there!
“I intend to make Georgia howl.” General William Tecumseh Sherman
So glad to see him do well!
Being an ex D1 player, albeit for a horrible team, I wonder what he wears over his OSU tattoo in the shower. I did notice his sleeves.
Not trying to be funny or disrespectful in any manner.
Our D better start closing the gaps and penalties tonight.
Die a Buckeye
Austin... come on man.
Great game Joe B.......Go Joe B...Go Bucks
I'll follow and root for Joey Burritos from now until he retires from the NFL.
Geaux Jeaux!!! Buckeye now and forever!!!
Joe Burrow is Urban’s Sith Apprentice, sent to f up the SEC. I’m telling you it’s all been planned.
Keeping in mind Austin Mack's stone hands tonight....he gets no help from the receivers. They get no separation. That doesn't mean blowing by people. See Michael Thomas on how to get separation.
THAT IS AWESOME!!!!! GOOD FOR JOEY!!!!!! I HATE THE SEC, BUT GOOD FOR HIM!!!!!!!!!
Soooo... do his OSU fans show up for him or Haskins Jr. at Levi's Stadium in a few month's?
Mach11 with hairball on fire
I’ve never cheered as hard for an SEC team as I am for Joe and LSU. What an amazing opportunity to showcase his skills and potentially get a shot at the NFL down the road. As OSU fans, we should be proud that Joe’s best interests were served here — it doesn’t always happen at other schools.
I don’t care about wins or titles that occurred when my great grandpa was in grade school.
Well, 3 unranked opponents in a row, then 3 tough games for LSU including GA and Bama. They look good, but it will be tough for them not to get at least 2 losses.
"He made it!"
In the poll era (since 1936), OSU is by far the class of the B1G:
National Titles: OSU 8, UM 3
B1G Titles: OSU 33, UM 27
Head-to-head: OSU 42, UM 36
Major Bowls (New Year's Six): OSU 20-14, UM 10-16
