OSU - you've gotta bump those numbers up.  Those are rookie numbers...

They hate us cuz they aint us!! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Gross profits become pretty robust when you don't have to pay your employees.  I wonder why other industries haven't tried that business model...

Well, TAMU pays one of their employees a pretty insane amount...

So AM, UT and UM are top 3.  Someone needs to teach those schools about ROI.

There was a forum post on this and I’ll repeat what I said there:  I’m not buying this.

Lets look at cost per win for a minute, shall we?

Way too nerdy of a take, haha.  I'll try one better.  I created a txt file to run the data, then just looked for the Spearman correlation between "revenue" rank and "(revenue-profit)/revenue" rank.  There's a strong inverse correlation between generating revenue and the difference between revenue and profit divided by revenue (-0.5638).  The more you make, the less proportionally you lose (or are giving back).

It's amazing to me that TTUN is so high up.  Under-performing team, revolving coaches in the last decade or so and a couple different ADs yet very high revenue and big profit.  Truly odd.

JR Ewing is pumping oil again. And I am glad they are, as I filled up today at $2.29 a gallon.

ND at #7 is surprisingly low to me.

Really, figured OSU would be higher than UM.
