Winning is wonderful! Playing to win is fabulous, playing not to lose, not so much.
Beat everyone, in every sport, all the time!!!
At the risk of being “get off my lawn guy”, I’ve always preferred the highlights that wasn’t done to music, but instead, the actually commentary/crowd from the game.
Absolutely agree, Osusteve !! Hype videos - fine, but highlight videos should let the sounds of the game and commentators trump any other "noise" ..... I wanted to watch highlights, not listen to music (I believe there are other sites on the net that specialize in tunes .....)
I couldn’t get through the Rose Bowl video. I don’t think I’m the target audience however. lol
The Brotherhood one was great though. Love That Gus.
Passing the football can look F'ing amazing.
kitchel22130 was and will always be the king
I was at the UT game in 2006. I remember telling the people around me that UT had single coverage on Teddy Ginn with no safety help just before he scored that TD in my corner of the endzone. I will say that UT fans were some of the nicest fans I’ve even seen. “Ohio State sucks” was immediately followed by “come over to our tailgate for a beer and some brisket.”
Texas fans are amazing! We were at that game too, and many of them stuck around after the game listening to TBDBITL going through their playlist. Walking to our car, we were passed by one Texan who asked us why we weren’t “a-hootin and a-hollerin? If I’s you, I’d be a-hootin and a-hollerin! I’d hate you, but I’d be doin’ it!”,
We loved Austin so much we have returned twice since then. Great food, great people.
6th Street in Austin was always a good time. I spent 2 years in San Antonio for training and 4 years in Abilene for my first active duty assignment. Abilene had the nicest people I’ve ever met, random people would pick up my check for dinner all the time in or out of uniform. I wouldn’t mind moving back to Texas eventually.
Watching JT lead this team makes me wonder just a little what the loss of a player and a person like that is going to mean to this years team. For all the criticism he gets as a passer his ability as a leader is beyond reproach
I get that JT was a vet and recognized for his leadership skills. But his in season DWI did help derail the 2015 season. That was the opposite of leadership and makes 'beyond reproach' unattainable.
I admit it was a terrible choice and there are no excuses for a DWI but one mistake doesn't wipe out the other wonderful things he done as a Buckeye
It doesn't wipe it out. Of course. It maked beyond reproach unattainable as i said
Ok then I will amend my statement, his leadership while on the field was beyond reproach
I like that header pick of Troy and APitt - they were all business in Austin that night.
I'm not around that much, running exhausted and lost...
*Troy & Beanie Wells
Probably should've remembered that - thanks, PB.
Pryor in Meyer's offense would have been a thing to behold ...

The 2010 Rose Bowl against Oregon was on ESPN classic last night. What a fun game that was.
Still feel robbed TP didn't play at all in 2011.
MICHIGAN STILL SUCKS
I'll always remember the Iowa game for the storm that came through Columbus and caused some power outages in the area. I had a date over at the house to watch the game together. While it might seem advantageous to be alone with no power. I wanted to see the game lol... So we went to Hooters (whoa is me) Main St/Reynoldsburg (iz gone now) to watch the rest. With that said... I would now like to thank the 2006 team for handling their business so quickly so we could leave and...
I've been fortunate enough to snag tickets for some of the best OSU games over the last 5 years. Aside from the obvious (Bama, 17 PSU), that Fiesta Bowl win over ND is always a good memory for me. Missing the playoff was obviously disappointing but seeing Zeke and the boys not even thinking twice about playing their last game as a Buckeye was pretty cool. I remember at one point looking over at my dad in the middle of the 3rd saying "Zeke needs to break one off here" and two plays later he was 50 yards to the house. Never gets old beating ND.
"Off to the races, can they catch him?...No they can't!"
No one can run on the football field like Teddy Ballgame. I still love watching him play in the NFL to this very day.
attempting to be an adult
Troy Smith and his "bull clawing the ground" pregame ritual is my all time favorite.
The TD pass .. Troy to Robiskie vs Penn St 2006
my favorite play of that year.... still remember it because I jumped out of my chair and raised my fist into the ceiling fan ..... still got the scar
totally worht it
Life long fan of... The!
It's a shame it messed up your typing hand.

Great games and no alternate uniforms.
I remember that Texas defense in '06 was probably the hardest hitting defense I can remember OSU playing - right there with Bama in 2014.
And the better conditioned and stronger Buckeyes beat their asses in both games.
Any 2010 Rose Bowl highlight that includes that asshat Chip Kelly talking about how no team can prepare for his team's speed in 2 weeks is a top highlight for me. I remember the first time I saw the 60 minute version of that game on BTN and that pregame interview wasn't on it. I sent an email to BTN bitching about it.
But that arm punt is no less painful to watch now than it was 8 1/2 years ago.
"We gotta go win this next game and make the State of Ohio proud!"-UFM
Antonio Pittman was a stud!!!
All of Ginn's highlights seem to feature him breaking someone's ankles. Love it!!! And sadly Ironic (RIP 06' NATTY)
Awwww crap that last one reminded me we lost Coombs. Gaaaaaaah
"If we worked half as hard as our band, we'd be champions."
Troy Smith... Freakin Stud.... One of my all time favorites.... Enough Said...
Ballard climbing the ladder on 3rd/13 in the Rose Bowl is an all time favorite.
Chris Gamble was interfered with
Its amusing that lexco44 makes it look like defense was played in the 2006 Game
I wish Wisconsin's 2014 Big Ten title game highlights made the list. Hilarious.
