Husband of a woman I work with is an opposing coach in Bryan Bresee's league (Montgomery County 3A).
That kid is a beast.
I was on same flights with him to and from Cols. for Penn State game. I didn’t know who he was but engaged in some small talk with him as we were boarding on flight out. He seemed like a very nice (and large) kid. His dad told me he was a big-time recruit, was obviously super proud of him.
That's awesome (both you crossing paths with the Bresees and Bryan being a nice kid)…
Considering going out to a Damascus game this fall (one of my BIL's is an alumnus), to watch him play this fall.
I'll say, that kid has a high motor. He's slinging running backs around like a lion catching those cute little antelope.
My aim, then, is to whip the Weasels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom. - William Tecumseh Sherman (with apologies)
He makes it look easy, no doubt.
Is Milton Wright not in consideration for that last WR slot?
Fields of Dreams
He’s on the next tier.
It would be nice if another “tier one” guy jumped on board...
Just curious, what ever happened to Trey Knox being a shoe in?
He ran a 5.0-second 40-yard dash and they cooled on him quickly. They almost view him as a tight end now.
Doesn't seem like the TE prospects this year are very good, so why not just take someone who is better athlete and change positions or just don't recruit one since you have a 5 star for next three years and next year will be better..not sure reaching at a position we have not focused in offense makes sense at this point
I love the 4* and 5* guys just like the next guy, but I’d LOVE to have a kid like this Hamilton kid on the team. Driving from Memphis to C-bus is no small task, but a Greyhound?? Man’s game.

agreed. hope he makes it!
No matter how many stars, this is the kind of kid you want in your program. He is a survivor.
I may not be the sharpest crayon in the box but I'm one of the most colorful.
I don’t know how you tell a kid he has a scholarship, and then walk it back when he wants to commit. I know the deal is that most offers are fake, but that’s an awkward conversation I bet.
I'm with you 76, as I'm old school and an offer means you can commit. Nowadays, an offer seems to mean we are going to continue to recruit and develop a relationship with you. Changing times.
Breese is Bosa 3.0. I wonder if his last name is pronounced like Weeezy, from The Jeffersons.
I hope so.
I’m curious how someone 6-1 can be considered a tight end at the college level. Kind of defeats the purpose of the position. Although I do admire the dedication to getting the offer even if it’s not committable
Bresee runs like John Simon. Gets off blocks and pursues like John Simon.
He is also taller, faster, bigger and quicker..than John Simon was.
I love John Simon...I like Bresee a bit too...!!!! (LOL)
Knowledge is Power
So r u suggesting recruiting him as a TE then converting him to LB? Has worked before.
When's the last time OSU landed the consensus #1 overall player? Closest I can think of is Pryor but 247 has him #2 behind DaQuan Bowers
The only no-doubt #1 player that comes to mind is Andy Katzenmoyer in the 90s. He was the Rashan Gary of his year. Played like it too, at least at OSU.
Bresee better be damn good considering his ginormous size for a high school kid! Seriously!!!
And as for Dobbs...I want to just say grow up, but he is a man size baby. So grow up anyway. And I’m not knocking any of what he said about the schools recruiting him. Just get ready to grow the fuck up!
"Age wrinkles the body, quitting wrinkles the soul" Woody Hayes
He’s faster than everyone else too. Looks boring.
Yet another example of a kid who doesn't know the correct name of the college that just offered him a schollie. You'd think especially after taking a bus up here on your own dime that you HAD to see the name on numerous highway signs, not including the many university signs on campus or from watching various media sources over the years and the like...you'd know the correct syntax.. Hard to believe you the would tweet something as big as an announcement without making sure you got it right. Ok, I will get off my high horse now..
Yeah...don’t hurt yourself, now.
Thanx IB. My back side is a little sore right now.
I'm with you on this. Every time I see this it's nails on a chalkboard for me.

Andrew working overtime tonight with the Late Night Boom - nice work !!
Go get'em Cal Poppy - we are behind you !!
It's not a rivalry .............. it's a wreckoning.
"Coach Wilson told me I deserved it because I didn’t give up just because my shoulder was hurting"
Not what I like hearing out of Wilson. Dude seems obsessed with injuries being fake or something.
I hope Bresee has a Damascus road experience and sees the light for Ohio State.
